Johnny Depp is seeking 50 million in damages.
Johnny Depp and his ex-wife Amber Heard saw the actor face a text in an ongoing defamation suit that he sent to his former talent agent Christian Carino where he talked about the relationship between Mrs. Hard and Tesla CEO Elon Musk.
The text sent by Mr. Depp is very clear and obscene, and Screenshot of The internet is viral.
“Come see me face to face … I’ll show him something he’s never seen before …” the actor said in a text message that was read out to judges in court on Wednesday.
The actor accused Mrs. Hard of having an affair with the SpaceX CEO during their marriage.

In a message to the judges, Mrs. Depp called Miss Hard “a gold mining, low-level, a dozen, spicy, meaningless, hanging extra-used flappy fish market.”
“I can only hope that Karma will take away the gift of breathing from him,” he added in a message to the court. When asked if he wrote the message, Mr. Depp answered in the affirmative.

Mr. Depp sued Miss Hard at Fairfax for an op-ed for the Washington Post in December 2018, where she described herself as a “public figure representing domestic violence.”
The Texas-born hardcover did not name Depp, but sued him for being a domestic abuser and seeking $ 50 million in damages.
During Wednesday’s testimony, he further said that it was “unimaginably brutal” to hear his “heinous” allegations of domestic violence.
“No man is perfect, of course not, neither are we, but I’ve never in my life been sexually abused, physically abused,” said Depp, 58.
During the six-week trial, Mr. Depp was asked by his lawyers how he liked hearing Mrs. Hard’s testimony.
“Horrible, ridiculous, insulting, ridiculous, painful, barbaric, unimaginably brutal, cruel and all lies,” he told a jury of seven. “All lies.”
Mr Depp said he had taken legal action because “there was a need to resolve what I have been carrying reluctantly for six years.”
