Elon Musk announced the Tesla bot last year. He then said that the robot would be able to take groceries to a store or use a wrench to bolt into a car.
According to the details found on the official website, the Tesla bot is a next generation humanoid robot. It is capable of performing “unsafe, repetitive or annoying tasks.”
The electric-car maker will host its second Tesla AI Day on August 19. And, Elon Musk has promised that there will be “a lot of great updates.”
